TL;DR what are the breaking changes ?

Nothing. All updates are backwards compatible, and using your existing explorer such as Polygonscan will continue to work.

The motivation to switch is pretty sweet though, if you're looking to support more chains as easy as adding 1 + 10 + 42161 to your chain list.

Is there an end of support/deadline to make changes ?

We don't have any timeline to deprecate anything yet.

How are rate limits calculated ?

Exactly as before according to your plan, with a per second request limit and an overall daily limit.

Ease your anxiety by alerting yourself programmatically or enabling overage charges if needed.

Does this cover contract verification ?

Soon, we're working with Hardhat and Foundry teams to bake it in (good riddance to the 20 keys list)
